Welcome to Navigate, a platform owned and operated by PaveWay Group, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Navigate provides an automated talent matching platform, academic career roadmap visualizer, and AI application assistant to sub-Saharan African graduates. Our tools analyze your user profile and CV uploads to match you with matching scholarships, fellowships, and employment opportunities.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 15 years of age (or the minimum legal age for consent to data processing in your country).
- All information you submit is accurate and truthful.
- You will maintain the security of your account credentials.
3. Credits & Subscription Billings
- **Credits**: Free users access AI review and CV parsing functions using credits. Credits are non-refundable and expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
- **Subscriptions**: Premium subscriptions (Premium Telegram at 1,000 XAF/mo, Premium WhatsApp at 2,500 XAF/mo) provide unlimited access to selected features. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and are billed via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo or Orange Money) through our partner PaveWay. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account Settings.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
- Upload files containing viruses, Trojan horses, or malicious scripts.
- Attempt to circumvent the credit gate or privilege rules of our database.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we verify matching opportunities, we make no guarantees regarding scholarship admission, visa awards, or career employment outcomes. PaveWay Group, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
